A couple have been arrested in connection with a hot tub romp in Kelowna last week that was caught on surveillance video.

It’s not illegal to have sex in a hot tub, the problem was this isn’t their hot tub.
RCMP say an 18-year-old Kelowna man and a Surrey woman in her mid-forties face trespassing, mischief and theft charges.

Noah McDonald and Sarah Clementi were released on conditions.
The two were seen consuming alcohol, smoking cigarettes and having sex in the lakeshore home’s hot tub May 25.
