Have you had a great experience with a healthcare worker? Now there’s a way you can say thank you.
Alberta Health Services (AHS) launched a new website Friday, on which anyone can send a thank-you note to healthcare workers.
The Thanks for Caring program lets you personalize a virtual sticky-note and send it to any healthcare worker at AHS. The notes are posted online for all to view, and there’s also an option to share them through social media.

“This website is one way for Albertans to say thanks to anyone at AHS who’s gone that extra mile,” Dr. Verna Yiu, AHS interim President and CEO, said.
The new website builds on the Thank a Paramedic website, which was launched in May 2015 and has more than 300 notes posted.
