Honey Ginger Graham Cookies

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup Graham Crumbs
2 teaspoons ground ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons white sugar (for rolling)

Directions 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together flour, graham crumbs, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, baking soda and salt.

Cream margarine and sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg and honey. gradually add the mixed dry ingredients until combined. shape dough into balls and roll in sugar.

Bake for approx 8-10 minutes, then cool on cookie sheet for 3-5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Makes approx 30 cookies.
