A Hamilton court is expected to hear more testimony today from the former girlfriend of a man facing a murder charge in the death of Tim Bosma.
Christina Noudga said yesterday that she helped Dellen Millard move an animal incinerator from the barn on his property near Waterloo to the middle of the bush.
Millard of Toronto, and Mark Smich of Oakville have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Bosma’s death in May of 2013.
