VERNON–A 22-year-old man from Surrey was arrested in Vernon on April 5.
RCMP suspected the man of operating a dial-a-dope trafficking phone line in the community.

The suspect’s vehicle was stopped in the 3000 block of Pleasant Valley Road.
Police found heroin, cash, and other drug trafficking paraphernalia.
The 22-year-old is facing charges of possession for the purpose of trafficking.
