WINNIPEG — It was a very tight race, but Main Street South in Carman has won CAA Manitoba’s worst roads campaign, by just over 100 votes.

Carman also snagged another spot on the list – Main Street North topped fifth.

Manitoba 280, which won the worst roads title in 2015, made the list again this year, beating out many Winnipeg spots.
