CALGARY – Police are investigating after a body was found in northeast Calgary on Monday.

Officers were called to the parking lot of Cargill Meat Solutions along Freeport Way N.E. at around 7 a.m.

Investigators used police tape to cordon off the parking lot.

The Calgary police homicide unit and medical examiner are investigating the death, which police classified as “undetermined” as of 10 a.m.
