Forensic investigators were also seen in the nearby property off Simcoe St. where the body of one of Lamb’s alleged victims was found. The suite Lamb used to occupy overlooks that property.

Police announced Monday Lamb is charged with second degree murder in the deaths of 25-year-old Carolyn Sinclair, 31-year-old Tanya Nepinak and 18-year-old Lorna Blacksmith.

Police haven’t ruled out the possibility there are more victims.
