Kelowna now has two shoe drives

Another shoe drive is underway in Kelowna with Jim Belshaw leading the charge once again. Up until recently, Belshaw has been collecting shoes for a North American organization called Soles for Souls but suddenly made the change to another organization without explanation. Well, after mulling it over for more than a year, Belshaw says it’s time to finally clear the air on why the sudden change.
