An employee with the Town of Cochrane has been killed in an accident at the Town Shop, a public works yard.
Few details are known the Town of Cochrane says their thoughts are with the family of the employee, and that the accident has deeply affected their staff.

RCMP and Occupational Health and Safety are investigating.
The Town Shop, the Eco Centre and the Bill Hill Leisure Pool were all closed Friday as a result of the accident.
