Boundaries: Spruce Woods is located in the southwestern corner of the province. It’s southern boundary is the U.S. state of North Dakota and it surrounds the City of Brandon. Communities in the riding include Killarney, Shilo and Souris.
Last Election: The Tories’ Cullen defeated NDP candidate Cory Szczepanski by over 2,500 votes, 66-28 per cent.
History: Spruce Woods, formerly part of Turtle Mountain riding, has been represented by the Tories for most of its history. The latest PC’s Cullen, who has held that spot since a 2004 by-election.
