A crash in the Foothills industrial area has killed a cyclist.
It happened around 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon, in the intersection of 61 Avenue an 52 Street S.E.

Police say it appears a cube van was turning onto 52nd, when it collided with the cyclist who was exiting a bike path.
The cyclist was a man in his mid-50s, who died at the scene. EMS say his death should serve as a reminder to everyone about the importance of sharing the road.
