BLIND RIVER, Ont. – Provincial police are investigating a single vehicle crash near the town of Blind River that claimed the life of a Brampton woman.

Investigators with the OPP’s East Algoma detachment say the woman was ejected from her vehicle after it hit a guard rail on Highway 17 and rolled several times.

The accident happened early Saturday morning and police say alcohol may have been a factor.
