Toronto reached record warm temperatures Saturday, and the mercury is expected to reach even higher.
Temperatures at Pearson airport reached 16.6 C Saturday afternoon, breaking the previous March 12 record of 16.3, set back in 2006.
And it could get even warmer; Environment Canada is forecasting a high of 18 C for Saturday.

Forecasters are predicting similar conditions throughout this part of the province, with sunny skies and temperatures in the mid-teens expected from London to Peterborough and into the Kawarthas.
Take advantage while you can. The forecast for next week gets downright grim, with rain expected every day Monday to Friday, with lows down to -3.
