MONTREAL – Laval Ave. in Montreal’s Plateau borough is closed for the next week after a monster sinkhole cracked through the ground Thursday.

The sinkhole opened up after a 125-year-old water pipe burst under the street.
The hole measures a whopping 20 feet by 13 feet.
