The woman would then engage in a conversation and offer jewelry to her victim.

It is alleged the suspect then took off the victims’ jewelry and replaced it with the one’s she had on herself.

Miclescu has been charged with 14 counts of theft under $5000.

She appeared in court on March 6 and police believe there may be more victims.
