EDMONTON – The Edmonton Public Library (EPL) will reopen its Mill Woods branch Monday, March 7 at 10 a.m. after it was temporarily closed as a precaution over what it called “issues with lighting fixtures.”

In a news release sent out Wednesday, the EPL said the closure was prompted by safety concerns for both staff and customers but did not provide more details.

The Mill Woods branch is a 2,300 square-metre facility only opened in June.
