HALIFAX – Three people were taken to hospital Thursday after a deck collapsed and fell three metres during a house party in Halifax.
A spokeswoman for Emergency Health Services says no one’s injuries are considered life-threatening.

About four other people sustained minor injuries in the incident.
One man whose wife was hurt estimated there were between 15 and 20 people on the deck when it collapsed.
Beatrice Schori says she fell on top of two other people when the deck fell “in a split second.”
Police say it doesn’t appear that any charges will be laid.
