Though various media reports have suggested a link between Dillon-Jack, and the fatal shooting at the Eaton Centre, police say there is no evidence indicating Dillon-Jack had any connection to the shooting that killed Ahmed Hassan and injured seven others.

The suspect faces five charges including aggravated assault, dangerous weapons, and armed robbery.
