WINNIPEG — Winnipeg’s Niyah Becker has been chosen to attend the annual Basketball Without Borders Global Camp.
Becker, 15, is one of just 10 girls from across the world to get invited to the camp. She is also one of just nine Canadians selected, with players from 27 different countries set to attend.

Becker is a student at Vincent Massey Collegiate and was picked after attending a national team camp last year.
Players will have an opportunity to learn from former NBA players like Yao Ming. 53 high school aged boys and girls will travel to Toronto for the second annual camp during NBA All-Star weekend from February 12-14.
