Finally, John Jr. Crawley, owner of a male German sheppard, has pleaded guilty to failing to provide adequate medical attention to a dog.
The dog was found to be kept in a barn and not receiving the care he needed. He was tethered with a metal collar that had embedded deeply in his neck.
Due to the medical condition and lack of socialization of the dog, the veterinarian recommended he be put down.
Crawley has been given 10 years probation from owning pets and was also ordered to pay the SPCA $708.62 in restitution.
