B.C. Mounties seek help in finding teen girl missing for more than week

KELOWNA, B.C. – Mounties in this Okanagan city are asking for the public to help find a 13-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week.

Police say Caliesta Selnes left her grandmother’s house May 12 and was reported missing two days later.

They say the teen has gone missing before but usually only disappears for a couple days.

While police believe she’s still in Kelowna, B.C., they say she has ties to Calgary, Alta.

Selnes is Caucasian, has shoulder-length straight black hair, blue bangs is 5-7 and 100 pounds. (CKFR)
