UPDATE – Scott Crescent has been reopened to traffic. A city spokesperson says the reason for the incident has not been determined.
WEST KELOWNA – A residential road in West Kelowna has been closed because of a slope failure.
It happened Friday morning on Scott Crescent in the West Kelowna Estates neighbourhood.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area however residents of the Diamond View subdivision are allowed to access their properties.
The City of West Kelowna says a geo-technical analysis will be done to determine when the road can reopen.
