Silvertips get by the Blades 2-1 in overtime

EVERETT, Wash. – Connor Dewar scored 1:29 into overtime to lift the Everett Silvertips to a 2-1 win over the Saskatoon Blades on Monday in Western Hockey League action. Brandon Ralph had a regulation-time goal for Everett (27-12-4), while Carter Hart made 27 saves for the win.

Mason McCarty opened scoring for Saskatoon (17-25-4). Goaltender Brock Hamm stopped 28 shots for the Blades.

Neither team scored on the power play. The Silvertips went 0 for 4, while Saskatoon was 0 for 3 with the man advantage.
