Fourth person charged in triple murder at Bolsa restaurant pleads guilty

The final person charged in connection with the gang-related shooting of three people at Bolsa restaurant more than three years ago has pleaded guilty.

26-year-old Nicholas Hovanesian entered the plea on two charges, the abduction of one of the victims, Aaron Bendle, and accessory after the fact to murder.

The three victims, one of them a bystander, were gunned down on New Year’s Day in 2009.

Two of the men arrested, Michael Roberto and Nathan Zuccherato, were both convicted last year on three counts of first degree murder.

A third, Real Christian Honorio was found guilty in March on two charges of first-degree murder and one charge of second-degree.

Honorio will be sentenced June 1st.
