Three people have died in a house fire in a northern Manitoba community.
On Tuesday, Dec. 29 shortly before 7:00 a.m. RCMP were called to a house fire in Oxford House, about 80 kilometers north of God’s Lake Narrows.

RCMP said the initial investigation confirmed the fire claimed the lives of three people from the community. Officers will not be releasing the identity of the deceased.
The investigating is ongoing, and and this point, foul play is not suspected.
