Toronto Zoo shows off polar bear cub

TORONTO — There might not be snow on the ground, but the Toronto Zoo is showing off their take on a white Christmas by releasing new video of their six-week-old polar bear cub.

The video shows the 2.1 kg cub trilling which, according to the zoo, is the sound of a “content” bear.

The cub’s eyes are now fully open and she is able to hear.

Mother bear Aurora, gave birth to two cubs on Nov. 11, and one of the cubs died less than 24 hours later.
