MONTREAL – A 37-year-old man is facing drunk driving charges, after three people were injured when a car crashed into a concrete wall on de la Montagne Street.
According to police, the crash happened shortly after midnight Saturday, when the car exited the eastbound Ville-Marie Expressway at the de la Montagne exit and hit a retaining wall.
Three passengers in the car, aged between 37 and 39, were rushed to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the car was uninjured in the crash.
He was taken into police custody and will be charged with drunk driving causing bodily harm.
