TORONTO – The Better Way is once again being criticized after a recording of a TTC subway driver using a cell phone while on the job.

The cell phone video was posted on YouTube on Friday and since then has been viewed approximately 18,000 times.

The video, just under three minutes long, shows a subway driver using a cell phone while the subway travels south, stopping at Rosedale and finally Bloor station.
Reports suggest that the TTC is investigating the issue.

The incident marks the second time in a matter of months that a TTC driver has been caught texting by the camera of a rider.

A TTC bus driver in January was photographed using a cell phone while driving.
