TORONTO – Toronto police have released a photograph of a person named “Ken” who they wish to speak with in connection to a possible disappearance 25 years ago.
During the late 1980s, police said he lived in various basement apartments in Scarborough.

It is also believed he may have attended U of T in Scarborough during that time.
Police said he’s not considered a suspect, but would like to speak to him.
Investigators wouldn’t elaborate on the cold case involved.
