CALGARY – Two men have been arrested after recent poppy box thefts in the city.
Police said one man has been charged in connection with a poppy box theft at Northland Mall; another man was arrested in relation to two such thefts in Montgomery.

Police said there have been a total of 39 poppy box thefts this year—which is about twice as many as were reported last year.
