Dave Tippett replaces Wayne Gretzky as Coyotes coach

The financially troubled Phoenix Coyotes reshaped their coaching staff Thursday as Wayne Gretzky — the team's longtime bench boss — stepped aside and, just hours later, was replaced by former Dallas Stars bench boss Dave Tippett.
