It then appears one of the men used the Dodge Calibre to deliberately block traffic so the Chevy Cruz was able to make a clean getaway.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help identifying the individual that was forced into the vehicle.
Police are concerned for the safety of the man, and asking anyone who knows who he is or who witnessed the event to call police or contact Crime Stoppers.
Investigators believe the incident may be connected to a drive-by shooting in the same location the following night.
On Thursday, a man and woman in their 20s were shot at while standing in the 200 block of Stephen Avenue S.W.
