Crews battle St. James industrial fire

WINNIPEG – Emergency crews were called to the scene of Parker Manufacturing on Powell Avenue Tuesday morning.

Fire crews said the blaze started in the building’s dust collection system, but crews were able to put it out.

There were no injuries and and crews say there is just smoke damage at the moment.

Crews are still on scene investigating.
