RCMP have charged Milan Anic with impaired driving offences after a fatal SUV rollover at approximately 3:30 a.m. Sunday.
A 19-year-old man was ejected during an SUV rollover while travelling eastbound on Highway 16. He as pronounced dead at the scene and his name has not been released.
The driver, Anic, is also charged with impaired driving, impaired driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death.
A Traffic Services Collision Re-constructionist has completed an initial investigation and further charges are pending.
RCMP say road and weather conditions are not considered to be factors.
