23-year-old man dead after ATV rolled over in water

REGINA – A 23-year-old man is dead after his ATV plunged into a dug-out on Sunday.

RCMP were called to the RM of Stonehenge, just west of Congress, Sask., Sunday night where a side-by-side ATV had rolled over and became submerged in a dug-out.

A 26-year-old man was able to escape when the ATV went into the water, however the 23-year-old driver – and the ATV – sunk into the water.

RCMP, including the Underwater Recovery Team, were able to locate the deceased man and the ATV in the water at around 2 p.m. Monday afternoon.
