It airs on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and on Sunday at 7:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and at midnight.

The end of an era in community newspapers
Two mainstays for the English community have folded for good.
The Westmount Examiner and the West Island Chronicle both published their final editions on Wednesday.
The papers have a combined 170 years in print and have been a valuable resource in their respective communities for most of that time.

But the parent company, Transcontinental Media, says the papers were no longer financially viable.

Election 2015: Mount Royal riding
It was one of the most watched races on the island of Montreal.
Newly minted MP, Anthony Housefather, dropped by Focus Montreal to talk about winning the battle for Mount Royal.
Canadian s turned the page on a new political chapter and made history this week. Among the riding won by the Liberals was the hotly contested race for Mount Royal.
Liberal candidate Anthony Housefather won a tough battle there against Conservative, Robert Libman.
Academics without Borders
You’ve no doubt hear of Doctor’s without Borders, or Reporters without Borders but what about Academics without Borders?
Their mission is to work to improve higher education institutions throughout the world.
Since 2007 the organization has launched more than 60 projects in 14 countries without an actual physical base of operations.
Now, Concordia University is offering up space for the organization to call home.
Academics s without Borders will set up shop at the Sir George Williams Campus.
The founder of Academics without borders, Steven Davis, talks about this new chapter in the organization’s history.
