EDMONTON – Edmonton police are searching for a 32-year-old man wanted in connection with a shooting that happened downtown in early September.
At around 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 10, police were called to the area of 109 Avenue and 95 Street after a shot was reportedly fired from inside an SUV. The man driving the vehicle was taken to hospital and treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

Police believe Sean Robert Martin was involved in the incident. He is wanted on warrants for possession of a prohibited weapon, aggravated assault, breach of recognizance and several other firearm-related charges.
Martin is described as Caucasian, 6’1″ tall, about 230 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He may have facial hair and glasses. The 32-year-old also has a dragon tattoo on his left upper arm and various tattoos on his right arm.

Police say Martin should not be approached. Anyone who sees him is asked to immediately call police.
