Members of the Saskatchewan legislature have voted to pass the 2012-13 budget.
The budget unveiled last week forecasts revenues of $11.3 billion and spending of $11.2 billion – leaving a surplus of $95 million.

Finance Minister Ken Krawetz told the legislature that Saskatchewan is the only province to table a balanced budget so far this year.
The Saskatchewan Party says the budget keeps a number of election promises including money for more surgeries, highway repairs and for persons with disabilities.
But New Democrats criticized the government for raising drug costs and ambulance fees for seniors.
The film industry is also upset about the government’s decision to cut a tax credit program for productions.
