#OurYYC On the Road: Global News Hour at 6 in Sunalta

CALGARY – What do the Pumphouse Theatre, the Beakernight street festival and a grocery store offering some of the best fast food in town have in common?

They’re all in Sunalta, one of Calgary’s oldest communities.

Watch as Linda Olsen and Gord Gillies take the News Hour on the road to the heart of a neighbourhood that’s a hidden gem – for now, that is. Sunalta is the proposed site of a massive sports complex that would include a new Flames arena.

We heard from Calgary Flames President Ken King about a mega project that could bring some mega changes to this community just west of downtown.
