Man sentenced for violent B&E faces additional charges

REGINA – Just one week after being sentenced to eight years in jail for his part in a violent break and enter, William Noname was back in court Friday to face additional charges.

The 33-year-old’s original sentence stems from a violent home invasion on Bauermeister Street in May, 2012.

In court it was revealed officers caught Noname in the act this time. Noname kept putting his hands in his pockets, leading officers to conduct a pat-down, where they found a pair of brass-knuckles.

The officers asked Noname who he was and he lied about his identity, calling himself Gabriel. The police officer questioned that, as Noname was tattooed on the suspect’s arm. He was eventually positively identified.
