SASKATOON – A member of the Saskatoon Police Service has been suspended while an internal investigation is carried out. Allegations against the member were raised involving discreditable conduct and neglect of duty.
Police officials said the allegations are not criminal in nature.
The member was suspended with pay at the beginning of July 2015.
Police officials said the member’s name is not being released at this time due to it being an internal police act matter still under investigation and because the allegations have not been proven.
