Kematch says the Winnipeg Police were to pick them up from him Monday night.

Drag the Red has been searching the river by boat and by foot all summer. The group launched last fall after the body of Tina Fontaine was pulled from the Red River Aug. 17, 2014.

Volunteers hope to find clues that might lead to the discovery of other missing or murdered indigenous women.
