Dragon Boat Festival takes place on Penticton’s Skaha Lake

PENTICTON–Skaha Lake is dotted with dragon boats today.

Teams from all over B.C. are taking part in the 15th annual Dragon Boat Festival in Penticton, which is held on the second weekend in September.

A special ceremony was held for teams of breast cancer survivors, who tossed pink carnations into the water.
