You can have this whopping 75-acre property with a Medieval-style house in Connecticut for $45 million USD ($59 million CDN). It sits along its own small waterfront and has eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

Closer to home, this chateau-style mansion in Toronto’s Bridle Path is a steal by comparison, at $35 million. It boasts 9 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms with immaculately kept gardens.
