WINNIPEG – Police have located the second suspect in connection to two cell phone robberies on a transit bus.
On Saturday police arrested and charged 23-year-old Kyle James Letandre. After asking for the public’s assistance police located and charged the second suspect, 20-year-old Walter Aaron Russell.

Two women had their cell phones stolen on separate buses in the morning on July 27.

The first woman was sitting in the bus at Mountain and Arlington when two men came up from behind her and took her phone at about 10:00 a.m.
An hour and a half after that, another woman was on a bus at Inkster Avenue and Arlington Street when a man snatched her phone out of her hands and ran away.
Both victims were not injured.
