CALGARY – Police are investigating the theft of a substantial coin collection from a northwest home earlier this month.

The coins were stolen from a house in the 6000 block of Silver Springs Crescent N.W. between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on August 6, along with cash, purses and jewelry.

The coins were from Great Britain, South Africa, the United States and other countries around the world.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 403-266-1234 or Crime Stoppers.
