TORONTO – There is relief in sight for motorists as temporary lane restrictions put in place for the Pan Am and ParaPan Am Games will be lifted on Tuesday evening.
The high occupancy lanes were implemented for the athletes, coaches, trainers, workers and officials for the games.

The temporary HOV lanes will officially be lifted at 11 p.m. on Tuesday.
During the Pan Am Games vehicles were required to have at least three occupants.
That was dropped to two for the ParaPan Am Games.
