The man’s name is not being released until he has formally been charged and has appeared in front of a justice of the peace.

He’s currently at the arrest processing unit, with charges against him pending.

At the time, police said it was a seemingly random shooting.

Just a few months ago, police filmed a Crime Stoppers reenactment to help generate tips in the case.

The homicide unit is expected to release more information about the arrest on Tuesday.
