“Nothing really valuable that I know of, it’s just small little mementos and memorabilia type stuff. From the video, obviously she’s pulling the flowers right out that have been planted,” said Const. Alanna Hollywood.
“They haven’t had thefts from other graves in the area there so it’s just been the one that seems to be targeted.”
The suspect is described by police as white, in her 20’s, approximately 5’5″, with a slim build and dyed blonde hair with dark roots.
Hollywood said the family was upset over the incident and were hoping the public could help identify the suspect.
“Personally I haven’t seen anything like this,” said Hollywood. “I’ve never seen a case where it’s actually been targeted like this.”
Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Information can also be sent in on-line anonymously to http://www.londoncrimestoppers.com.
